Terms of Use

1. Definitions

1. “Company” means Eagle Chauffeuring Ltd, company number 15977933, whose registered office is at 114 Acklam Road, Thornaby, Stockton-On-Tees, England, TS17 7JR.
2. “Customer” means the person, firm or organisation who books Services with the Company.
3. “Booking” means the reservation of Services confirmed by the Company.
4. “Services” means chauffeur‐driven transportation provided by the Company.
5. “Fare” means the amount payable by the Customer for the Services, as agreed in writing.

2. Contract Formation

1. These Terms apply to all bookings made with Eagle Chauffeuring Ltd. By confirming a Booking, you accept these Terms in full.
2. No variation to these Terms is binding unless agreed in writing by a director of the Company.

3. Bookings and Confirmation

1. Bookings may be made via our website, email or telephone. Provision of accurate passenger details and itinerary is the Customer’s responsibility.
2. Booking is confirmed when the Company issues a written confirmation (by email or SMS).

4. Fares and Payment

1. All Fares are quoted exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the Fare is required to secure the Booking; the balance is due 7 days before the service date.
3. Payment methods accepted: major credit/debit cards, bank transfer (UK accounts only).

5. Cancellations and Amendments

1. If the Customer cancels more than 14 days before the service date, the deposit is forfeited; no further charge is made.
2. Cancellation 7–14 days before service: 50% of the total Fare is payable. Cancellation within 7 days: 100% of the total Fare is payable.
3. Flight-monitoring delays and minor itinerary changes are accommodated at no extra charge; major amendments may incur additional fees.

6. Service Standards & Chauffeur Obligations

1. Chauffeurs will arrive punctually at the agreed pickup location, assist with luggage, and maintain professional conduct throughout.
2. Vehicles are fully licensed, inspected regularly, and insured for passenger and third-party liability.
3. Smoking, vaping, and consumption of red wine or other staining liquids in vehicles are prohibited; cleaning charges apply for breaches.

7. Customer Responsibilities

1. The Customer must allow sufficient time for check-in at airports, stations, or events; the Company is not liable for delays due to insufficient buffer time.
2. The Customer is responsible for the behaviour of all passengers; any damage or cleaning costs incurred will be charged to the Customer.

8. Liability and Insurance

1. The Company’s liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the Fare paid; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
2. All luggage and personal items are carried at the Customer’s risk; the Company recommends adequate travel insurance.

9. Force Majeure

• Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, strikes, Acts of God).
• Where force majeure affects performance, the Company will endeavour to notify the Customer and propose alternative arrangements.

10. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to use of your data for service delivery and legal compliance.

11. Intellectual Property

1. All content on our website and in our communications is owned by Eagle Chauffeuring Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use our trademarks without permission.
2. Photographs of our fleet are for illustrative purposes; actual vehicle models may vary.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
2. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
